Each summer we welcome families to visit camp on one of our two Visitors’ Days! Parents, guardians and family members have the opportunity to see your child in action, participate in some camp activities, and get to know your child’s camp friends, counselors and our professional staff. We also welcome prospective families and alumni to enjoy an afternoon at camp on Visitor’s Day. Families bring a kosher picnic lunch to enjoy with their chanichol (camper). Please remember that we are a KOSHER camp. Sodas will be sold, as well as the camp photo and a variety of Mosh souvenirs. A kosher pizza lunch is provided to campers whose families are unable to attend. Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org if you will not be able to attend Visitor's Day. After lunch, there is be a camp wide presentation, followed by some time to enjoy camp activities such as swimming, softball, Israeli dancing or a short tiyul (hike). Visitors’ Day is held the second Sunday of each session. It is also the last day of camp for Nitzanim (first session) and for campers attending the two-week session. The parents of two week campers are expected to take their children home with them at the end of Visitors’ Day. We encourage our two-week chanichimot (campers) to extend their stay to three or four weeks.
