Refund Policy

Parents/Guardians must notify camp in writing if they wish to cancel a camper’s registration.

The following fees may apply:

  • Before April 1st, tuition and deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellation of registration after April 1st will result in a forfeiture of the $500 deposit. However, any payments made before April 1st towards tuition, excluding the deposit, are 100% refundable if registration is canceled.

There will be no tuition refunds after June 1st including if the camper has attended any portion of the session.  This covers all circumstances, including:


  • homesickness
  • refusal to participate in the normal activities of the camp
  • emotional or physical problems that result in a lack of adjustment to camp or adversely affects the health and well-being of other campers
